Trappers Turn offers 27 meticulously groomed holes of golf designed by Andy North and Roger Packard. The varied topography of The Dells makes for a lovely pastiche of golf holes.

  • Best of Whistling Straits and Blackwolf Run at Kohler in pictures

    The village of Kohler, about two hours north of Chicago, is home to arguably the best foursome of courses at one resort. Pete Dye built two generations of golf courses, first the River and Meadow Valleys at Blackwolf Run, followed by the acclaimed Straits and Irish courses at Whistling Straits, just a few miles down the road on the shores of Lake Michigan.
