Rivermoor Golf Club
About
Originally opened in 1929 as the Waterford Woods Golf Course, the club reemerged in 2008 as the Rivermoor Golf Club. Along with its new name, the club also revealed improvements to the playability and condition of the 18-hole course. The design of the golf course was largely determined by the scenic topography, which is covered with mature trees and dotted with ponds. There are also a few streams that meander across the landscape. Rivermoor Golf Club is a proud member of the Audubon Sanctuary System. Beyond providing a secluded setting and great scenery, the terrain also makes for a challenging round. The trees frame most of the holes and water hazards come into play on a few holes. There are also strategically placed bunkers with which to contend.

Course is nice. I got a hot deal for $37.99 on GOLFNOW and would play here once in a while.
Despite Conditions
Despite the fact that we’ve had drought type conditions lately, the course didn’t look, feel or play out like it’s been that dry that long. Kudos to all involved in making our entertainment a pleasant and fun time!!🏌️♂️⛳️
Nice course
Traditional old country club layout. I enjoyed it. Considering our drought, course was in good shape. Played on a Tuesday morning surrounded by old guys. I wish anyone would teach old guys how to play ready golf. It's nice that you wait for people on the Green 250 ahead to clear. You can't it it 250 nor have you for 20 years. Old guys made 5* experience challenging at times. That said, I will play again thus summer.
Horrible golf cart
It was a beautiful day and everyone was very nice. However, the golf cart we took was #60 and 3 of the 4 corner posts of the roof were broken. It rattled real bad and I hit my head a few times. We will probably go back but check over the cart for sure.
