Bristol Ridge Golf Course
About
Just a short drive from the Twin Cities, Bristol Ridge Golf Course is a championship course that is conveniently located for a getaway that doesn't involve too much of a time investment. The rolling terrain provides a good amount of challenge while also being player friendly enough for beginners. The tree-lined fairways tumble across the natural contours of the land, which also helped determine the strategic placement of the bunkers. Despite being quite hilly, the golf course is pleasantly walkable. There are also water hazards that come into play on a few holes. The well conditioned greens provide smooth, fast putting surfaces. Each hole has a different character and most are anything but straightforward. Bristol Ridge Golf Course's 11th hole is short but memorable with an almost-island green, surrounded by water on three sides.

Great layout
Greens were great, fast and well maintain. The whole course is always
Well groomed. The workers are friendly, and it is only a short distance from the twin cities .
Nice course
The course is nice. I like the layout except for 1 or 2 holes. The course was in great shape. Thought I could get a quick round in during the day in the middle of the week. I was wrong. Slow golfers there. The grounds crew could use some knowledge on golf etiquette. Running the mowers while your putting type stuff. One guy even wanted me to move my ball that was in the fairway so he didn't have to wait to continue mowing.
Bristol Ridge
The course was in great shape. Some holes have very narrow fairways lined by trees making those holes very challenging.
Bristol Ridge
i was very impressed with the course right from the beginning due to the staff's taking care of you from the get go. The course was in good shape and has some nice elevation changes that you have to factor in on quite afew hole's, greens are faster and in good shape, very fun course to play and the price was just the bonus. Would recommend this course to everyone.
Fun course
Challenging but fun. Quiet country setting. Pace of play was excellent.
Great Course; great staff
Staff worked really well with us to manage around some tough weather. Always friendly; course is in about the best shape of any we've played this season.
Good value For the money
Beautiful greens, a great pace of play, played 18 holes in around three hours. I hope too be back as soon as I can. Worth the drive from the west side of Minneapolis
fun but tough
I've played here many times in the past but not recently. This can be a long layout and #5 is a frustrating and a bit silly but other than that the course is fair if you are playing well.
The greens are tough, so If you are not playing well expect a high score.
No houses, quiet and full of nature. What else do you need. Play in the morning for the fastest round.
Worth the return trip!
Great overall experience! There are many reasons that I return. One of my favorite courses to play in the area!
You want to try this one at least once
This course is picturesque & beautifully designed.
Enjoyable course excellent facilities
I was pleasantly surprised at the enjoyable round I experienced at Bristol Ridge. Course is well-maintained, set up very fairly and an excellent course for beginners and average golfers. Advanced golfers may find the course less challenging, but it would still be enjoyable for all categories of golfers. Friendly staff and a very enjoyable late fall ground.
Great Value and Challenging Course
Played a day after some pretty heavy rain and the course absorbed it well. Challenging lay out with rolling fairways so lies are above/below your feet. Greens were in great condition. Concessions are a very good value...$3 beers. Will definitely come back and play it again. Good track.
new favorite course
Beautiful course, rolling hills, mature trees. Course is well kept up and in very good shape,
Great Golf
If you want to be challenged play this course. No flatland course here, rolling hills and tough greens. You will love it or hate it.
Fun Course
Fun course, a lot of hills that can give you difficult lies which can be challenging but fun, course is well maintained, nice staff, good overall experience.
Great course
Great course, beautiful layout.some holes were top notch scenic, I will definitely be back.
Fun Course at a great price!
Though a little far from the Twin Cities, we had an excellent round of golf at a very reasonable price. Played in a foursome with golfers of varying ability and we all had a nice time. Course was in good condition and offered the perfect amount of golf for everyone.
Great course.
Very quiet, peaceful location, challenging setup. Playing in the wooded setting brings in variety. How about hole #5 from the back tees?
Bristol Ridge
Lots of trees, elevation changes, and some water make this a challenging course to make a best scoring round. Overall, a pleasant round. Hole #2 is a narrow undulating fairway which makes it a mentally challenging hole.
