Course layout is ok, course condition depends on the weather. During a drought, it is like golfing on the moon. When it rains, it is pretty good. Watch out for the summer league. The management does not tell you when a league is playing. There are some senior citizens who think they own the course. They tee off while you are in the fairway, they play through, around, and at you. Management protects these people because they play all summer long. Got kicked off the course becuase one guy decided he didn't want to wait and complained to management that I did not have proper golf equipment. Asked for a refund and was refused. Beware
