Of the 447 courses i have played this is ranked #1 in my book. If you want a scarry par 3 try #13 from the blue or black tees. If your hands aren't shaken before you pull the trigger you are no alive. I had one of my best shots of my life here and the n4 putt with a putt hat broke 7 times. What a treat from the course conditioning to Pete Dye's tremendous layout. The Straits may be rated higher but ther is a reason there are no tourneys here, they cannot get enough people routed around this gem. This course is better then PB hole for hole without an ocean view. gGve it a shot.

A splendid test of golf, one of the best I've ever played and for my money, the best of the four Kohler courses. It's the kind of course you could play day in, day out, as it demands such a great deal of thinking, but it's not tricked up, either. It's simply parkland golf at it's finest.
