Songbird Hills Golf Club
About
Opened in 1992, Songbird Hills Golf Club began as the dream of longtime Hartland resident, Hal Hoffman. He started designing the course more than 20 years before construction began in 1990, before he even owned the land. Hoffman persevered and eventually established the course that exists today. There have been some improvements over the years, including redesigning the 17th green and putting in an additional water hazard on the 13th, but overall, Hoffman's classic layout hasn't changed much. The golf course's design takes advantage of the rolling terrain and sparkling ponds. The undulating nature of the terrain gives each hole a unique look and different set of challenges. Songbird Hills Golf Club will give you a fair test, but beginners can still feel confident when approaching the course. As its name would imply, numerous songbirds call the area home. Bluebird houses even serve as the 150-yard markers.

Superb Greens
The greens are in great shape. The fairways are well maintained even a beverage cart during the weekday. It was an enjoyable experience all the way around.
Although not long, some very challenging holes
Always enjoy playing here. It takes a few outings to learn all of the landing areas to better your score. Nice place to play early in the morning when play is usually faster.
Course has rolling hills, great views.
Was greeted ba a very friendly man in clubhouse, very nice.
Course was in great condition, Greens quite fast and fairways well maintained. Though shorter then most courses at 5592,
very enjoyable with some narrow fairways and very beautiful par 3s. Hole #10 is quite challanging and one my personal favrorites. The bird houses for 150 yd distances nice touch, but please put a red stick in fairway for 100 yd distance. Hunting for yardage markers not easy. The weather was great, the pace was perfect. We will be back soon.
Short but no push over. Beautiful holes and countryside.
Short but don't let that fool you. You must be on target with most of your shots. Course should be even better when we have more warm weather. The usual winter kill in the farways that are typical on all courses in early to mid May. Look forward to playing the course in mid summer.
